Delivery timeframe

All orders are delivered within 3–5 working days from the date of order confirmation. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery coverage

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including all major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and Quetta, as well as smaller towns and remote areas.
Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of placement. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS.
Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, adverse weather conditions, or public holidays. Beautifly is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will do our best to keep you informed.
Packaging

All fragrances are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve the issue promptly.
