At Beautifly, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell and want to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered — in perfect condition.


Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 2-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, you must raise your concern within 2 days of receiving your parcel. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.


How to Raise a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp or our official contact channels.
  2. Share unboxing video or photo evidence clearly showing the issue with the product and packaging.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (wrap the parcel properly).
  4. Share the courier tracking slip with our team once the parcel has been dispatched back to us.

⚠️ Important: The return courier slip must be shared with Beautifly. Returns without a tracking slip will not be processed.


Conditions for Return / Exchange

Your return or exchange request will be accepted only if:

  • The request is made within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, and any gift items included are returned.
  • An unboxing video is provided as proof of the issue.
  • The courier slip is shared with our team after dispatching the return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items returned after the 2-day window.
  • Used, opened, or tampered products (for hygiene and safety reasons — this includes perfumes, skincare, and makeup).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
  • Sale, clearance, or pre-order items (unless received damaged or incorrect).
  • Items returned without original packaging or without a courier slip.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we sincerely apologize. Please:

  • Record an unboxing video (we strongly recommend this for every order).
  • Contact us on WhatsApp within 2 days with your order details and the video.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for verified cases.
